摘要
甲供物资的成本管理作为房地产企业成本管控中不可或缺的一部分内容,对其控制的效果也影响着房地产项目总成本目标的实现。在归纳总结了房地产企业甲供物资的管理办法及不足之处的基础上,结合全过程造价管理的思想,从决策阶段、设计阶段、招标阶段、施工阶段和物业管理阶段分别阐述了甲供物资的成本管理,提出加强房地产企业甲供物资成本控制的五点建议。
The cost management of client-supplied goods and materials is an essential part of in real estate company's cost control. Its makes influences on the-project-total-cost. The management measures in real estate companies are summarized and the deficiencies are illustrated. Combined with the viewpoint of the whole-process-cost-management, the client-supplied goods and materials' cost management is elaborated from design period, biding period, performance period, completed period and maintaining period. Ultimately, five suggestions are concluded.
