外贸增长方式转变的环境效应实证研究——基于山东的数据分析

Empirical Research on Environmental Effects Caused by Transformation of Foreign Trade Growth Pattern ——Analysis Based on Shandong Province Data

通过对山东省外贸出口、FDI与工业废水排放量关系的实证分析研究了外贸增长方式转变的环境效应,认为FDI对环境污染有抑制作用,但作用较小而且入世后较入世前作用降低;外贸出口加剧了环境污染,但入世后总体污染程度较入世前降低,最后提出相关政策建议。

Based on exports value, FDI and industrial wastewater emissions of Shandong province, this paper empirically analyses the environmental effects caused by transformation of foreign trade growth pattern and draw a conclusion ： FDI has inhibiting effect on environmental pollution. But the effect is minor and the inhibition effect becomes less important after entry into WTO than that before entry into WTO ; exports exacerbate environmental pollution, but, as a whole, such environmental pollution degree becomes lower after entry into WTO than that before entry into WTO. At last, this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
