摘要
研究了钢渣/矿渣比例对钢渣-矿渣复配胶凝材料体系性能的影响;并在此基础之上加入适当激发剂和改变钢渣微粉比表面积进行正交试验。试验结果表明,与基准试样相比,随着钢渣/矿渣比例的增加,试样的凝结时间逐渐增加,抗压强度逐渐减小,标准稠度用水量当钢渣/矿渣比为3∶7时达到最小为25.8%;正交试验最佳配比为钢渣-矿渣总掺量为40%,钢渣/矿渣比例为3∶7,钢渣的比表面积为500m2/kg,激发剂为NS,但从提高钢渣利用率的角度出发,也可以选择钢渣-矿渣的总掺量为50%。
The properties of cementitious materials with different steel slag and blast furnace slag ratio were researched. Base on that result, the orthogonal test was designed to add different excitant and changing specific surface area of steel slag powder. The results indicated that compared with the Portland cement, the setting time increased and compressive strength decreased with increasing of steel slag and blast furnace slag ratio. The water requirement for normal consistency had lowest point of 25.8% when the steel slag and blast furnace slag ratio was 3:7. The best designed proposal was that the ratio of steel slag and blast furnace slag was 3:7, the excitation was NS, specific surface area of steel slag was 500m2/kg, the total adding amount of steel slag and blast furnace slag was 40%, on the other hand, 50% admixture was also acceptable, to extend the utilization of steel slag.
