清燥养阴方治疗新疆手足口病患儿40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Qingzao Yangyin Decoction for 40 Infants with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

目的观察清燥养阴方对新疆地区手足口病患儿的临床疗效及对体液免疫学指标的作用。方法将80例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组采用清燥养阴方,每天1剂,3岁以下婴幼儿剂量减半多次服用;对照组口服阿昔洛韦片,每次20mg/kg,每日4次。两组均治疗5天后比较痊愈率、总有效率,测定治疗前后患儿免疫球蛋白及补体水平。结果治疗组痊愈率为72.5%高于对照组的40.0%(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率为92.5%高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后免疫球蛋白IgG和IgM水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),并且治疗后组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组患儿治疗后IgA水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),但治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。补体C3、C4水平,两组治疗前后组内比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后组间比较亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清燥养阴方对新疆地区手足口病患儿治疗效果肯定,可以改善患儿的免疫功能。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingzao Yangyin Decoction（Decoction for Dryness-Clearing and Yin-Nourishing）for infants with hand foot and mouth disease（HFMD）in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and to study the effect on houmoral immunity of the patients.Methods Totally 80HFMD patients were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 40in each.The treatment group accepted Qingzao Yangyin Decoction（Decoction for Dryness-Clearing and Yin-Nourishing）once daily,while the control group received acyclovir tablet 20mg/kg each time,four times a day.The treatment course lasted for 5days.The recovery rate and total effective rate of two groups were compared.The immunoglobu-lin and complement levels were detected before and after treatment.Results The recovery rate of the treatment group and con-trol group was 72.5%and 40.0%respectively,the difference between was statistically significant（P0.01）.The total effect rate of the treatment group and control group was 92.5%and 70.0%respectively,the difference between was statistically sig-nificant（P0.05）.The levels of immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M were significantly decreased in both groups after the treatment（P0.01）,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P0.05or P0.01）.The level of immunoglobulin A was significantly increased in both groups after the treatment（P0.01）,but the difference between groups was not statistically significant（P0.05）.The differences of complement 3and complement 4levels were not statistically sig-nificant whether in or between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Dryness-Clearing and Yin-Nourishing Decoction is ef-fective for HFMD in Xinjiang,and could improve the immune function.
