铲运机4S维护体制管理软件IDEF建模及应用 被引量:1

IDEF modeling and application of management software for 4S maintenance system of scraper

摘要 以铜坑矿铲运机为例,建立了铲运机4S维护体制的IDEF模型,设计了铲运机4S维护体制管理软件。实际应用表明,该软件达到了提高铲运机管理水平、降低维护成本等目标,对其他金属矿山的设备维护具有一定指导意义。 Scrapers in Tongkeng mine serving as the example, IDEF model of 4S maintenance system of scraper was built, and the management softvcare of 4S maintenance system of scraper was designed. Practical application showed that the software could enhance the scraper management level and reduce the maintenance costs. It had some guidance for the equipment maintenance in other metal mines.
