Research advance on nutrition physiology of phenylalanine in fish

摘要 本文综述了鱼类苯丙氨酸营养生理的研究进展,涉及苯丙氨酸的营养生理功能,鱼类对苯丙氨酸的需要量,酪氨酸对苯丙氨酸的替代作用,饲料中苯丙氨酸缺乏和过量对鱼类生长的影响,以期对鱼类氨基酸营养研究提供参考。 In this paper, the recent advance of phenylalanine （Phe） on main physiological function, requirement for fish, tyrosine substitution for phenylalanine, deficiency and excess symptoms of phenylalanine in fish were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the study of amino acid nutrition in fish.
