摘要 人力资源管理系统由于常被视为提高企业绩效的重要因素而备受管理者和研究者的青睐,而其内部匹配是战略人力资源管理领域中的一个难点问题。人力资源管理系统构型分为高承诺型人力资源管理系统和高控制型人力资源管理系统两种,这两种人力资源管理系统是围绕着知识、技术、能力束、动机束和授权束来实现内部匹配的。 It have attracted managers and researchers attention that human resource management systems are often regarded as important factors in improving firm performance, but their internal fit is difficult problems in the field of strategic human resource management. In this paper,divides human resource management system into high-commitment and high-control modes. Both human resources management system is built around the knowledge, technology, bundles, motivation bundle and authorized to implement internal matches.
