黑龙江省商业健康保险发展的SWOT分析

A SWOT Analysis on Heilongjiang Commercial Health Insurance Development

运用SWOT分析法,对黑龙江省商业健康保险发展的现状进行分析发现,在新一轮的医药卫生体制改革的大背景下,黑龙江省商业健康保险机遇与挑战并存,优势与劣势同在。黑龙江省各级政府应加大对商业健康保险的政策支持力度,建立健康险信息平台;保险机构自身应提高专业化经营水平,丰富健康险产品体系,从而促进商业健康保险又好又快的发展。

Analyzing the current situation with SWOT method,this paper finds that opportunities and challenges,strengths and weaknesses coexist for Heilongjiang commercial health insurance development under a new round of health care system reform.It proposes that,to achieve a sound and fast development of commercial health insurance,governments at all levels in Heilongjiang should intensify the policy support and establish health insurance information platform;moreover,insurance agencies should improve their operation level and diversify health insurance products.
