摘要
上海轨道交通11号线某车站全回转清障项目用企业内部招投标程序进行分包单位的选择。简述了建立企业分发包内部招投标管理方式的目的,对各部门在分包招投标管理中的职责进行了描述,结合分包招投标程序流程图简述了申请审核阶段、招标评标阶段和中标阶段的具体工作程序和内容。通过内部招投标程序,降低项目目标成本近50万元。
Taking Shanghai rail transit metro L11 for example in this paper,its full rotary cleaning project of some station is choosing subcontract unit by enterprise internal bidding procedures.The purpose of building enterprise internal bidding procedures is discussed briefly and the responsibility of different apartment in subcontract bidding management is described.Combined with the related flow diagram,application verification stage,bidding stage and wining bid stage are presented on separate detailed work procedure and content.The project target cost can be reduced by about half million CNY by means of internal bidding procedure.
