激素补充治疗(HRT)是否增加卵巢癌发生的风险尚存争议,但考虑到其潜在的致癌可能,应用时需慎重选择,并应告知患者相关风险。由于HRT能够明显改善卵巢癌患者术后的围绝经症状,提高其生存质量,且目前尚无足够证据证明HRT对卵巢癌患者的生存有不良影响,故在必要时可谨慎选用。

Information regarding the impact of hor-mone replacement therapy （HRT） on risk of ovarian cancer is still relatively controversial now. But considering the potential risk of causing ovarian cancer, please be careful and inform your patients about the risk before choosing to use it. There is not enough evidence showing HRT negatively influence survival after treatment for ovarian cancer. And because HRT can effectively improve the life quality of patients after operations, it can be chosen if necessary.
