重组人促卵泡激素α注射笔在控制性卵巢刺激中应用满意度与安全性研究

摘要 目的评价质量标称重组人促卵泡激素α(rhFSH-α)注射笔在体外受精(IVF)及卵母细胞单精子显微注射(ICSI)控制性卵巢刺激中应用的满意度和安全性。方法采用前瞻性、多中心、观察性研究方法,于2010年6月至2011年4月在江苏省人民医院等全国14家生殖中心对1416例不孕患者在IVF或ICSI周期中应用质量标称rhFSH-α注射笔进行控制性卵巢刺激。在应用的第1和第6～8天对其操作的安全性和满意度等指标进行问卷调查,同时评价卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)发生的比例。结果 1416例患者完成研究,患者和护士对于使用rhFSH-α注射笔的满意率为92.1%(1304/1416)和95.9%(1358/1416)。93.1%(1318/1416)患者对其操作的便捷性给予了肯定评价。98.0%(1387/1416)患者认为恐惧感减少并消失。与传统的注射方法比较,有63.0%(892/1416)患者认为使用注射笔可以完全消除精神紧张,98.5%(1395/1416)患者认为注射部位完全没有疼痛或者仅仅感觉到轻微疼痛,担心注射错误的比例下降。OHSS及重度OHSS发生率分别为0.71%和0.07%。结论质量标称rhFSH-α注射笔易学、易用,患者和护士满意率均较高,能够减轻患者心理压力及卵巢刺激等并发症。
