By examining Tsinghua University Library Academic Information Resource Portal from the perspective of items and process management of libraries＇ digital information service, this paper analyzes the status of items and process management of libraries＇ digital information service, points out that the items and process management of Tsinghua University Library has many advantages, but there is still rooms for improvement. Based on the analysis, it also provides advices for improving service items and process management.
