Sustainable Development and New Pattern Buildings

可持续发展的思想是基建优化的根本指导思想 ,结合我国建筑业的现状 ,针对我国旧有建筑设计中普遍存在的能耗、构型、环境及寿命等问题 ,联系实际对未来的建筑提出各种新的优化要求 ,并采取措施 ,以解决上述存在的问题 ,是当前基建优化领域存在的重要课题。谋求人、建筑和环境的和谐 。

With the conception of sustainable development and combined the current situation of construction industry in China,the authors present the problems of energy consumption、configuration、environment and service life which were widely existed in the old buildings. At the same time,considering the level of productivity and the actual social situation,the authors advance some new requirements which should be attached great importance in the future buildings to solve the above problems. At last,the author points out that sustainable development is the only way if we want to let human、construction and environment develop harmoniously.
