摘要
反映时间依赖性抗菌药物的PK/PD参数为t>MIC,反映浓度依赖性抗菌药物的PK/PD参数为cmax/MIC或AUC/MIC。时间依赖性与浓度依赖性抗菌药物都与抗菌药物后效应(PAE)和半衰期(t1/2)密切相关。运用PK/PD参数优化抗菌药物的合理用药,叙述了时间依赖性和浓度依赖性抗菌药物及其运用PK/PD参数优化用药的注意点。
