摘要
鲍曼不动杆菌是医院感染的重要条件致病菌,随着广谱抗菌药物的广泛应用,鲍曼不动杆菌耐多药(MDR)菌株甚至泛耐药(PDR)菌株的不断出现,引起临床医生、微生物研究工作者以及行政管理部门的高度关注。简要综述了近年来鲍曼不动杆菌的流行病学、耐药机制以及鲍曼不动杆菌药物治疗的近况。
Acinetobacter Baumanii is an important opportunist of nosocomial infections, and MDR even PDR unceasingly appear with the widespread application of the broad-spectrum anti-bacterials. It has evoked the close attention of clinicist, microbion researchers and administration management.This article has briefly reviewed the recent epidemiology, drug resistance mechanism and medication of Acinetobacter baumanii.
