HPLC法测定复方苦参乳膏中苦参碱的质量

Determination of Matrine in Compound Kushen Cream by HPLC

目的：建立复方苦参乳膏中苦参碱的HPLC质量测定方法。方法：采用Phenomenex C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为0.02mol/L三乙胺（冰醋酸调pH=9.5）-乙腈（65∶35）,检测波长为209nm。结果：苦参碱的线性范围为4.86~194.40μg/mL（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为98.91%（RSD=2.78%,n=6）,苦参碱的平均质量分数为1.15mg/g。结论：本方法操作快速简便、准确,适用于复方苦参乳膏中苦参碱的质量测定。

Objective： To establish a method for measuring the contents of matrine in compound Kushen cream. Methods： The separation was carried out on Phenomenex C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）. 0.02 mol/L triethylamine（adjusted to pH 9.5 by acetic acid）-acetonitrile（65：35） was used as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detect wavelength was set at 209 nm. Results： The linear ranger of matrine was between 4.86 and 194.4 μg/mL （r=0.999 9） and the average recovery was 98.91% （RSD=2.78%, n=6）.The average content of matrine was 1.15 mg/g.Conclusion： This method is simple, fast and accurate, and it is suitable for the determination of matrine in compound Kushen cream.
