论新世纪中国大都市发展战略目标──从国际城市发展趋势及城市管理学科研究热点着手

From Keywords of Academic Discussion to Strategies for the Chinese Metropolises

作者从分析世纪转折点上国际城市管理学界研究的八大热点入手，寻求造成这些热点问题研究的原因：世纪转折点上影响和决定城市发展的四大发展趋势。作者指出中国大城市在进入２１世纪时制定其发展战略时，应从以下四个方面明确其发展战略目标：一是国内外两个层面的空间经济发展战略目标；二是持续发展的近远期发展战略目标；三是安定祥和的社会发展战略目标；四是精干的城市管理发展战略目标。

Based on a statistic of keywords of international published articles about city management burring the last 5 years the article points out eight fields might be the most considered theme. This theme reflects die four megatrends of metropolis cross the century, namely(1) Globalization of metropolis, 2) development of network of information, 3) towards market controlled urban space and 4) urbanization worldwide. As developing strategies for Chinese metropolis at the beginning of the new millennium the author proposals the following four targets as a compact. 1) regional and global functions as spatial economic strategy, 2) Sustainability as ecological strategy, 3) stability and harmony as social strategy, 4) Lean as principle city manage strategy.
