摘要
针对高速飞行器的热障问题,提出了一种基于Mat1ab的气动加热模拟试验系统方案。系统采用PLC作为控制器,运用Matlab辨识控制系统模型,遗传算法给出PID参数,上位机用WinCC实现实时监测与数据报表生成,WinCC和Matlab之间则通过OPC进行通信。实验结果表明,系统能很好地模拟气动加热环境。
Aming at the thermal barrier problem, an aerodynamic heating simulation system based on Matlab was developed in this article. The system used PLC as controller and used Matlab to identify the control system. PID parameters were given with genetic algorithm, WinCC was used to realize real-time monitoring and data report generation. WinCC and Matlab communicated with each other via OPC. Experimental results show that the system can simulate aerodynamic heating environment.
