Simulation and Optimization on Ergonomics in Production Line Planning

介绍了OWAS、BSHA人机工程分析方法,通过一个实例阐述了西门子Tecnomatix套件中的ProcessSimulate以及Process Designer在人机工程中的应用,并给出相应的分析报告。探讨了如何在生产线规划中考虑人机工程问题,为选择不同生产线规划方案提供了新的思路。

This paper introduced OWAS and BSHA, two ergonomics analysis methods. Via an example, this paper emphasized on how to apply Process Simulate ＆ Process Designer, two software of the Tecnomatix, in ergonomics analysis. And related reporters are also represented. Meanwhile, this paper discussed how to consider the ergonomics problems in production line planning, which in turn to explore a new method to make a choice between different production line planning schemes.
