摘要 碗型塞装配机是发动机缸体加工线上的重要设备,主要用于完成缸体加工孔上的碗型塞装配。该套控制系统采用基于CC-LINK总线的分散控制方式,选用日本三菱公司的Q02H系列PLC作为系统控制器,通过定位模块QD75M4实现精确定位计算,通过伺服驱动器MR-J2S-200B实现对伺服电机的驱动。设备操作面板采用三菱触摸屏GOT1000,触摸屏通过串口与CPU通信,集成到控制系统中。 Bowl-shaped tabular plug assemble machine which is used to assemble Bowl-Shaped tabular plug, is a important equipment in engine cylinder block assemble line. In the control system based on CC-Link field bus control mode, Mitsubishi PLC-Q02H is used as the main controller. Positioning module QD75M4 is used to realize accurately positioning, and the servo driver MR- J2S- 200B are used to drive servo motors. Mitsubishi touch panel GOT1000 is used as operation platform, which realize communication with PLC through serial interface.
