摘要
作者通过一次总体规划编制的实践，阐述了对城市总体规划中动态规划（即“分期规划”）思想及方法的认识。同时指出，有中国特色的城市规划，必须具有市场经济的特点，具有可持续的特点，并能够与国际接轨。
