摘要
21世纪将是我国居住小区飞速发展的新时期,如何比较准确地确定其商业服务设施的定额标准,以适应我国迅速发展的社会主义市场经济,已成为当今紧迫需要研究的课题。我国原有的“千人指标”和“占住宅建筑面积的比重”的方法体系急需市场经济调节的有效补充,作者试借鉴香港规划署采用的方法,以提供我国在跨世纪居住小区建设中作为确定商业服务设施的参考。
the 21st century will be a new period of rapidly growing on residence community in China .It becomes an urgent task to make the quantitative criterion of commercial & service facilities exactly, to suit the rapidly growing market economy .The old planning management method system needs complementary adjustment of socialist market economy. This thesis attempts to introduce the method system used by planning department of Hong Kong, to help make the quantitative criterion of commercial & service facilities of residence community in the next century.
