干熄焦系统烧损率标定及工艺参数优化研究

Calibration of Burning Loss Rate and Research about Process Parameters Optimization of Coke Dry Quenching

通过对干熄焦运行参数测试与分析研究,利用碳平衡方法对干熄焦的烧损率进行标定,确定最优操作参数。建立了烧损率与蒸汽发生量及烧损率和循环气体成分的关系模型,为合理利用能源、降低焦炭烧损率,提高干熄焦蒸汽利用效率提供理论依据。

Through the detecting and analyzing of parameters for coke dry quenching （CDQ）, it has calibrated the burning loss rate of CDQ by using the carbon balance method and determined the optimum operation parameters. Moreover, the models of relation between burning loss rate and steam productivity and that between burning loss rate and composition of recycle gas has been established, which provide the theory basis for rational utilization of energy, reduce burning loss rate and improve the steam utilization efficient of CDQ.
