摘要
生活垃圾焚烧发电项目公众关注度较高,社会反响也较大。根据生活垃圾焚烧发电项目的特点,归纳并阐述了该项目环境影响评价中应重点关注的几个问题,为该类项目的环境影响评价工作提供参考,也为环境保护行政主管部门的审批提供充分依据。
According to the characteristics of domestic waste incineration power plant project, this paper summarized and elaborated several critical issues in the environmental impact assessment of such project, which provides the reference for the environmental impact assessment and the sufficient assessment basis for the program approve of environmental protection administrative departmen.
