摘要
以车削中心主轴为研究对象,采用弹簧阻尼单元模拟动静压轴承支承的方法,建立主轴三维有限元参数化模型。同时进行静力学分析、模态分析,分别得到静刚度、固有频率和振型,并通过谐响应分析,比较了主轴在共振和设计工况下的振型,找出该主轴的危险点并进行了相关验算。
The spindle of turning center is researched,and the spring-damper elements are used to simulate the bearing supports.Based on the FEA parametric model of the spindle,it is to finish the static analysis and model analysis,and gains static stiffness,natural frequency and modes.Harmonic response is used to simulate the dynamic responses on the first set natural frequency and the maximum speed which is designed for the machine.Compared of two modes,the key points of spindle design performance are calculated and checked.
