摘要
根据中、小型电机转子的动平衡校正工艺,确定了用于电动工具转子动平衡的两工位全自动动平衡机的布局方案,介绍了研制的两工位全自动动平衡机的系统组成,重点对其测量单元、校正单元、机械手传送单元进行结构设计。
According to correct technology of dynamic balancing for small and medium motor,layout and system configuration of two-station fully automated balancing machines for armature of electric tools was established.System composition,working process and architecture of two-station fully automated balancing machines were introduced,and structure of measurement unit,correction unit and transmission unit were designed.
