摘要 大型、高精度箱体类零件加工中,孔系的形位公差测量是一个关键环节和难点问题。通过对高精度箱体上相交斜孔位置度在线自动检测系统的研究与开发,介绍了在线自动检测系统的组成、工作原理及检测数据的结果处理,并通过实例重点论述了系统设计中的重点工作即测量宏程序的编制原则和方法、工艺方案、参数选择等问题,从实现和功能的角度表述了测量系统快速性、精确性和安全性的具体措施。 In the processing of machining a series of holes in box-type parts with large and high precision,the tolerances of form and position measurement of holes is a key step and a difficult problem.This paper introduces the composition,working principle of online automatic detection system and the testing data treatment of results by studying and developing a series of holes in box-type parts with large and high precision.The paper also illustrates the key work in this system design,such as measured macro programming principle and method,process,parameter selection by using some examples,and from the perspective of the realization and function,this shows the concrete measures of the rapidity,accuracy and safety of the measurement system.
