斗笠式刀库具有结构简单、成本低、易于控制等优点,在中小型加工中心中得到广泛的应用。但在自动换刀过程中,有时会出现乱刀并引起撞刀事故。该自动换刀程序设计充分考虑诸多因素,保证还刀到原位,断电不丢失当前刀位,使部分事故得到控制。

The armless type ATC has such advantages as simple structure, low cost, easy to control. It has been widely used in small and medium machining centers. However, in the automatic tool change process, sometimes there will be chaos to hit the knife blade and cause an accident. In the design, many factors are fully considered to ensure knife stays still and the current tool position doesn＇t lose when the power is off, so that some accidents are controlled.
