摘要
分析了飞机二次配电系统的结构和功能,针对航空配电的可靠性需求提出了CAN总线冗余的方法。重点给出了冗余CAN总线通信的硬件实现方法,并通过CPLD实现对总线的控制和对总线产生中断仲裁,进而给出了CAN总线通信的软件方案。实验表明,该设计可在一路总线故障时保证二次配电系统正常响应上位机命令,提高了系统通信的可靠性。
The function and structure of the aircraft secondary power distribution system are analyzed in this paper, a method of redundant CAN bus is raised to meet the requirement of aircraft power distribution for reliability. The hardware design of redundant CAN communication is introduced, the bus controlling and the bus interrupts arbitration are realized with CPLD, then the software of CAN communication is given. It's proved that the system can receive the commands from PSP normally and the reliability of the communication is improved.
