橄榄苦苷盐酸水解液中羟基酪醇的纯化 被引量:1

摘要 以ZTC1+1-Ⅱ澄清剂及乙酸乙酯纯化羟基酪醇的工艺条件建立羟基酪醇纯化方法,以羟基酪醇含量(采用高效液相色谱法测定)为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察澄清工艺条件;选择最佳萃取剂萃取羟基酪醇;通过旋转蒸发得到干物质并测定其中羟基酪醇的纯度。结果显示,ZTC1+1-Ⅱ澄清剂加入次序是先加B组分再加入A组分;澄清剂B和A的最佳用量分别为0.2、0.1 g/L,水浴温度为100℃,水浴时间为2 h,pH值为5;最佳的萃取剂为乙酸乙酯,萃取4次可达到最佳的萃取效果;大样经澄清和萃取后,羟基酪醇的纯度达34.3%。该法工艺简单,纯化后羟基酪醇纯度较高,为从天然植物中提取羟基酪醇开辟了一条新途径。
