摘要
天津金德园工程地处繁华地带,场地狭窄,紧邻主干道和居民区。地下工程施工采用钻孔灌注桩挡土、深层搅拌桩止水和两道眼睛式钢筋混凝土水平支撑,挖土采用中心岛式快速开挖,对支撑结构、周边道路和建筑物变形和沉降进行监测,基础底板大体积混凝土采用综合温控措施,控制了有害裂缝产生,并成功应用地下室外墙单侧支模技术,保证了工程质量和周边建筑及环境安全。
Tianjin Jinde Garden engineering is located in a busy zone, the engineering site is narrow and is adjacent to the primary road and a residential area. During the construction of the underground engineering, bored filling pile is used to retain the earth, deep mixing pile is used to stop the water, and two eye-shaped horizontal reinforced concrete supports are set. Earth is excavated by using central island type rapid excavation method, with monitoring on deformation and settlement of supporting structures, surrounding roads and buildings. General temperature control measure is adopted for the foundation slab massive concrete to prevent the generation of noxious fracture, and basement external wall single-side formwork technique is successfully used to guarantee engineering quality and safety of surrounding buildings and environment.
