摘要
随着产品设计结构的复杂化,产品质量要求的精密化,交付进度的及时化,要求数控技术也要朝着高速度、高精度、复合化、网络化等方向发展。机械加工领域的发展趋势就是让那些复杂的零件加工更加高效,这也促使多任务机床的应用越来越广泛。本文通过描述数控加工现状及GibbsCAM软件的特点,结合GibbsCAM在多任务机床编程中的技巧,论述了GibbsCAM软件在提高多任务机床加工效率、挖掘数控机床潜能方面的作用。
The development trend of machining realm makes those complicated spare parts processed more efficiently,this also urges the application of many task tool machines more and more extensive.This paper described present condition of automatic machining and the characteristics of GibbsCAM,combined the GibbsCAM technique with many task tool machines,discussed the application of GibbsCAM in the function of many tasks tool machines.
