Hydraulic System Design of BK5080 Tracked Vehicle for Pipeline Rescue in Mountain

履带式管道抢险车是用于特殊地域(如山区)运输管道物质、吊装及抢险等工作的专用车辆。其液压系统要求设计合理、适用,确保车辆完成多功能作业。本文所研究的履带式山区管道抢险车是由中国石油天然气管道科学研究院提出工程设计方案,内蒙古第一机械制造(集团)公司承揽设计、制造的,为实现天然气管道在特殊地段的物资、设备运输及吊装,保证抢修工作安全、快速,低成本完成设计、制造的特种专用车辆。

Tracked pipeline rescue vehicle is a special purpose vehicle which is mainly used for transporting pipeline,hoisting and rescuing in special areas(such as mountainous area).And its rational and applicable hydraulic system ensured the vehicle completing its multi-functional working.The tracked vehicle for pipeline rescue in mountain in this paper was designed for China petrol and natural gas pipeline science research institute,and it made by Inner Mongolia first machinery group corporation.It mainly provides materials and equipments transportation and lifting,and ensures security,convenience and low costs of rush to repair.
