摘要
随着航空发动机的不断发展提高,发动机上的钣金冲压零件的壁厚越来越薄,零件形状越来越复杂,尺寸精度要求越来越高,零件成形难度也越来越大。在钣金冲压成形过程中,经常会发生板料成形回弹、起皱和开裂等现象,这些现象直接影响到冲压零件的成形质量。隔热环是典型的薄壁钣金件,本文通过板料成形CAE软件Dynaform,模拟分析零件成形过程并指导零件成形,确定合理的成形工艺方案。
Some defects like sheet forming spring back,crush and cracking often occur during the stamping forming of sheet metal which would do harm to the forming quality of the parts.Heat insulation ring is a kind of typical sheet metal part.The paper analyzed the part forming coursed by simulation analysis software CAE Dynaform,which could instruct how to make the parts and determine the reasonable forming processing program.
