直联往复压缩机惯性力方程的研究及其平衡分析

Study and Balance Analysis of Inertia Force Equation for Direct Reciprocating Compressors

根据直联往复压缩机的特点,对压缩机的惯性力进行了分析。依据惯性力分析的结果,建立了惯性力的椭圆参数方程,并将参数方程转换为椭圆的标准方程;提出了用平衡系数来实施、评价惯性力平衡的方法。

According to characteristics of the direct reciprocating compressor,the inertia force has been analyzed in this paper. Ellipse preferences equation of inertia force has been established according to the analysis result, and the parameter equation has been switched into standard ellipse equation. The method of using balance cofficient to put in practice and evaluate the balance of intertia force has been pointed out.
