Rise and Fall of the Square-field System From the Perspective of New Institutional Economics

文章运用新制度经济学的制度变迁理论来分析解释井田制度兴衰的整个过程,主要从产权理论、国家理论、意识形态理论三个方面综合分析,为解释井田制度的兴衰提供理论上的参考。

This article is trying to adopt institutional change theory of new institutional eeo- nomics to explain the rise and fall of the square-field system, with the focus of property rights theory, state theory and ideology theory. The paper aims to provide a theoretical reference to ex- plain the rise and fall of the square-field system.
