摘要
电力系统行政交换网是电网调度、生产经营以及电量采集等信息的重要传输网。因此行政交换网的安全稳定运行已经成为电网安全稳定运行的重要因素之一。文章介绍了行政交换网线路故障自动受理、例行检测、用户资料的信息管理等单元组成的全自动管理系统。详细阐述了机器人自动抓线,综合测试、例行检测、语音测量结合等关键技术。运行实践表明该系统实现了从故障受理、测试、派单维修到修复结单的全自动闭环流转,提供了快速准确的故障诊断、自动在线检测和维修监督.实现行政电话网络运行维护的全计算机化管理。全面提高了供电系统行政交换网的运维水平。
Administrative exchange network of the electric power system is the important information transmission network which refers to dispatching, production management and electric quantity collection, etc. Consequently, the security and stability of the administrative exchange network operation have become one of the important factors in the stable opera- tion of the power grid. This paper introduces that the automatic management system of administrative exchange network consists of automatical line fault aeception, routine testing, user data information management, etc. It elaborates the Robotic line grasping, comprehensive test, routine testing, voice combined with measurement and other key technologies. Practice shows that this system realizes the automatic closed-loop process, from fault acception, testing, maintenance as- signment to repairing response. It provides fast and accurate fault diagnosis, automatic on-line detection and repairing supervision. It also achieves a fully computerized management of administrative telephone network operation and maintenance. At the same time it improves the level of the administrative exchange network operation and maintenance.
