摘要
为了有效进行故障诊断,利用容量维数作为工具,计算了实数信号三谱对角切片、复数信号两种不同定义形式的212维谱的容量维数。212维谱具有16种不同的定义形式,按照定义形式的不同,其中的两种分别包含参加耦合的信号信息和耦合后的信号信息。这种不同的耦合性质使得它们的形状体现出不同的自相似性。利用采集的减压阀振动的正常信号和故障信号,首先得出不同的212谱,然后进行容量维的计算,并根据计算结果进行故障诊断,得出了所研究的两种定义形式的212维谱其自相似性与实数信号三谱对角切片相比,在故障诊断中更为有效的结论。
In order to diagnose faults effectively,capacity dimensions of real signals trispectral diagonal slices,2 different definitions of 212 dimension of complex signals are calculated.212dimension spectrum have 16 different definitions, 2 definitions of which contain pre-coupling information or post-coupling information respectively.Corresponding to the different coupling features,their shapes show different self-similarity characteristics.Based on the normal signals and fault signals acquired from a pressure relief valve′s vibration, different 212 dimension spectrum are obtained.Then these slices are used to calculate capacity dimension,and fault diagnosis is carried out on the calculated results.The experiment demonstrates that in fault diagnosis,the self-similarity of 212 dimension spectrum is more effective than that of real signals trispectral diagonal slices,thus an available method for fault diagnosis is provided.
