摘要
目的观察复方枳苏汤对胃食管反流病(GERD)的影响。方法选择40例GERD患者,以复方枳苏汤为基础方应证化裁治疗,连续治疗1个月。观察治疗前后临床症状积分变化及临床疗效。结果本组40例,总有效率82.3%。40例治疗前后主要症状积分及总分与治疗前比较均明显减低(P<0.05)。结论复方枳苏汤可明显改善GERD患者临床症状,疗效确切。
Objective To observe the effect of Fufang Zhisu decoction on gastroesophageal reflux.Methods 40 cases of gastroesophageal reflux were treated by Fufang Zhisu decoction for a month.The changes of clinical symptoms score and effect were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 82.3%.The main symptoms score and total score after treatment were significantly decreased as compared with those before treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Fufang Zhisu decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients with gastroesophageal reflux,and has obvious effect.
