阿魏酸钠注射液治疗重度子痫前期临床观察

Clinical observation of sodium ferulate combined with conventional treatment on the treatment of severe pre-eclampsia

目的观察阿魏酸钠结合常规治疗方法治疗重度子痫前期的临床疗效。方法将204例重度子痫前期患者随机分为2组,对照组102例予常规治疗,治疗组102例在常规治疗基础上加用阿魏酸钠注射液治疗,2组均14 d为1个疗程。观察2组分娩情况;治疗前后平均动脉压(MAP)、白蛋白(Alb)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)变化;心脏结构及功能相关指标改善情况。结果治疗后治疗组孕周延长时间、分娩孕周延长时间均明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后MAP和CRP均明显降低(P<0.05),Alb明显升高(P<0.05);2组治疗后MAP、Alb和CRP比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。与本组治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后心脏结构及心输出量改善明显,各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后心脏结构及心输出量改善情况明显优于对照组,各项指标比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠能明显改善重度子痫前期患者病情,延长保守治疗的时间,疗效肯定,未见明显毒副作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of sodium ferulate combined with conventional treatment on the treatment of severe pre - eclampsia. Methods 204 patients with severe pre - eclampsia were randomly divided into two groups. 102 eases in control group were given conventional treatment. 102 cases in treatment group were giv- en sodium ferulate injection based on conventional treatment. The course was 14 days in two groups. Delivery situa- tion, mean arterial pressure （MAP） , albumin （Alb） and C -reactive protein （CRP） were observed. The improve- ment of cardiac structure and relevant indicators of function were measured. Results The extended gestational time and gestational delivery time in treatment group were significantly longer than those in control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. MAP and CRP after treatment were significantly decreased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group （ P 〈0.05 ）. The level of albumin was significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference between two groups on MAP, Alb and CRP after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. The cardiac structure and cardiac output after treatment were greatly improved as compared with those before treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05）. The improvement of cardiac structure and cardiac output in treatment group were superior to those in control group af- ter treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sodium ferulate has good effects in treating severe pre - eclampsia. It can significantly improve the patients＇ condition and extend the time of consevative treatment to reduce neonatal mortality.
