凉血活血颗粒防治放射性肺损伤疗效动态观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的动态观察凉血活血颗粒对小鼠放射性肺损伤模型的防治作用。方法采用5.5 Gy60Coγ射线一次性全身照射小鼠,制成放射性肺损伤动物模型。照后第2日起至照后第30日连续灌胃给药,正常组和模型组用等体积蒸馏水灌胃,均为每日1次。照后第29日,记录小鼠爬杆和爬网时间。照后第30日,采用肾上腺素实验观察小鼠外周血象。结果与模型组比较,凉血活血颗粒中、低剂量组小鼠爬杆、爬网平均时间和动态血常规中白细胞、淋巴细胞均显著升高。结论凉血活血颗粒对放射性肺损伤动态指标有较好的改善作用。 Objective:To observe dynamically the effect of Liaugxuehuoxue Granule on radiation-induced lung injury in mice. Methods:The model was established by radiation of 5.5 Gy ~~Co gamma rays in all mice except those in normal control group. Mice were intragastrically administered with different concentrations of Liangxue- huoxue Granule 2nd days after exposure to radiation and then continuously administered to the 30th day,while the normal group and model group with the same .volume of distilled water, 1 time/d. The pole climbing time and crawling time of mice were recorded on the 29th day.The peripheral blood parameters of mice were observed by the epinephrine test on the 30th day. Results:Compared with the model group,the pole climbing time and crawl- ing time,dynamic blood leukocytes and lymphocytes of the low dose group and the middle dose group of mice were significantly increased. Conelusion:Liangxuehuoxue Granule has a better effect on radiation-induced lung injury dynamic indicators.
