摘要
目的建立银柴胡中总甾醇含量测定的方法。方法在546 nm的波长处,采用紫外分光光度法,以α-菠甾醇(α-spinasterol)和豆甾-7-烯醇(Stigmast-7-enol)的混合物(1∶3)为对照品,测定银柴胡中总甾醇的含量。结果总甾醇含量在21.64~108.20μg/ml内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为100.5%(RSD=4.2%)。结论该方法方便、准确,可用于测定银柴胡中总甾醇的含量。
Objective To establish a method for qualification of the total sterol in Stellaria dichotoma L. vat. lanceolata Bge. Methods The total sterol in Stellaria dichotoma L. var. laneeolata Bge were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The detection wavelength was 546 nm. Reference substance was mixture ( 1 : 3 ) of α - spinasterol and stigmast - 7 - enol. Results Data between the total sterols contents and absorptions had a good linear relationship in the range of 21.64 - 108.20 ug/ml ( r = 0. 999 4 ). The recovery was 100.5% ( RSD = 4.2% ). Conclusion The method is simple, stable and accurate, and it has been applied successfully to deter- mine the total sterols in Stellaria dichotoma L. var. lanceolata Bge.
