摘要
目的探讨聚花荚蒾根、茎、叶、花蕾4个不同部位的挥发性成分,为该植物的综合开发利用提供科学参考。方法通过水蒸汽蒸馏法提取其根、茎、叶、花蕾4个不同部位的挥发油,利用GC-MS法进行含量测定。结果从其根中共分离和鉴定了32个化合物,以硬脂酸含量最高达6.39%;茎中共分离和鉴定了21个化合物,大部分化合物含量低于1%;叶中共分离和鉴定了28个化合物,以亚油酸含量最高达3.30%;花蕾中共分离和鉴定了28个化合物,以棕榈酸含量最高达8.22%。结论通过对聚花荚蒾根、茎、叶、花蕾4个部位挥发油的含量分析,为其进一步开发供药用、资源保护和综合开发利用提供了科学依据。
Objective To investigate volatile components in four different parts of Viburnum glomeratum including llower roots, stems, leaves and buds to provide the basis for scientific reference for comprehensive development and utilization of the plant. Methods Steam distillation was used for volatile oil extraction from the roots, stems,leaves and buds and GC - MS for quantitative determination. Results 32 compounds from its roots were separated and identified,with the most amount of stearic acid up to 6.39% ;21 compounds were separated and identified from the stems and most of these compound contents of less than 1% ;28 compounds from the leaves were i- solated and identified,contents of linoleic acid was up to 3.30% ;from the buds, 28 compounds were isolated and identified, with the highest palmitic acid content of 8.22%. Conclusion Based on the analysis of volatile oil contents of Viburnum glomcratum roots, stems, leaves ,buds ,it provide a scientific basis for its further development for the pharmaceutical ,resource conservation and comprehensive utili- zation.
