螺旋CT发现内膜钙化对区分主动脉夹层真假腔的意义 被引量：3

摘要 主动脉夹层（AD）是心血管系统最凶险的急症之一，未经治疗的AD病死率极高，螺旋CT早期诊断是关键，16排螺旋CT对主动脉夹层诊断的敏感性和特异性可达95％-100％^[1]，其对病变范围、严重程度可以迅速判断并分型，为临床医生选择治疗方案提供有利依据。
