突触结构中线粒体的功能及对高胆红素血症的影响

摘要 正常生理调节下,线粒体对需氧细胞(包括神经细胞)的功能至关重要,提供能量三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、参与活性氧簇代谢和Ca^2+信号传递及细胞凋亡等,是维持正常代谢所必需的。但在异常情况下,线粒体也可以是神经细胞损伤的原因:兴奋性细胞毒性,不完全代谢,氧化损失直至细胞死亡,造成神经系统病变。神经末梢内线粒体通过能量产生的变化、Ca^2+摄取和释放等对神经递质电活动产生反应。
