摘要
目的:观察麻杏石甘汤对哮喘大鼠白三烯B4、C4表达的影响,探讨其治疗哮喘的机制。方法:将30只大鼠随机分为3组,分别为正常对照组、哮喘模型组及麻杏石甘汤治疗组,用ELISA法测定支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)及肺组织匀浆中白三烯B4、C4表达水平,并对BALF进行白细胞计数。结果:模型组白细胞计数高于正常组和治疗组(P<0.05);模型组白三烯B4、C4表达明显高于正常组(P<0.01),治疗组明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:麻杏石甘汤可抑制哮喘大鼠白三烯B4、C4的表达。
Objective： To study the effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction on leukotriene B4 and C4 expression of rats with asthma, and probe its treatment mechanism for asthma. Methods： 30 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups： normal control group, asthmatic model group and Maxing Shigan Decoction group, and the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF） and leukotriene B4, CA expression levels in lung tissue homogenates were determined with the ELISA method, and the leukocytes of BALF were counted. Results ： The number of leukocytes in the model group was higher than those of the normal group and treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the leukotriene B4, CA expression in the model group was significantly higher than that in the normal group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, while the leukotriene B4, C4 expression in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the model group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Maxing Shigan Decoction can inhibit the asthma rat leukotriene B4, CA expression.
