摘要
近年来,中国船舶工业飞速发展,取得了巨大的成就,然而国内船企在生产效率方面与日韩的差距还很明显,本文对当前的水平与差距进行了阐述,并着重就如何提高生产效率的措施与方法做了一些探讨与思考。
In recent years,Chinese ship industry has got great development and success, but the management of efficiency is our shortage. This paper introduces the difference of shipyard efficiency management in China and Japan. South Korea, but also puts forward some method to heighten efficiency in chinese shipyards.
