摘要
多年来,国有企业在人才建设方面不断突破、不断创新,成效显著,但仍远远不能满足企业生产经营和市场形势发展的需要,如何树立科学的人才观,如何转变机制留住人才,是当前国有企业迫切需要解决的新课题。因此,论文分析了当前国有企业青年人才存在的问题,然后提出解决措施。
State-owned enterprises have made striking effects in construction of talents for many years.However,it still couldn't meet needs of production management of enterprises and development of market trend.How to establish scientific concept of talents and change system to hold talents are urgency problems that needs to be solved in state-owned enterprises.In this paper,the authors analyzed existing problems of youth talents in state-owned enterprises,and put forward countermeasures of strengthening construction of youth talents squad in state-owned enterprises.
