以河北省经济发展状况探索社会保障的运行模式为视角,通过对制约城乡统筹社会保障法律制度障碍因素的分析,探究构建城乡统筹社会保障法律制度的有利因素,进而阐述在河北省构建城乡统筹的社会保障法律制度的基本思路和对策。

Hebei is a populous province whose development of the system of social security law is confined by the national social security legislation.But it can combine economic development situation to explore the social security operating mode.The mode and strategies are put forward by analyzing the factors which hinder the social security legal system in urban and rural overall planning and the factors which can facilitate its development.
