摘要
火花源原子发射光谱分析以其快速、准确、多元素同时分析等特点而被广泛应用。但由于设备、氩气、分析方法等因素产生误差,直接影响分析的准确度及精度,于是对造成光谱分析误差的因素进行了阐述。
